Industrial 3D Printing Fundamentals (AM Fundamentals)

Obejctives:

In this course you will be introduced to the different technologies of Industrial 3D Printing – also called Additive Manufacturing or (AM). You will learn about the different technologies available on the market today and create an understanding of which technologies you can use to print your part in polymer or metal. 

This course will cover the basics of Industrial 3D Printing technology and no prerequisites are necessary. This course is the first step in your additive manufacturing (AM) journey.

  • Introduction to Industrial 3D Printing (Additive Manufacturing) & (AM) Market
  • Polymer technologies: Selective Laser Sintering, Fused Filament Fabrication, Stereolithography
  • Metal technologies: Laser Powder Bed Fusion, Direct Energy Deposition, Binder Jetting
