Description

This course specific for designers aims to help them understand the basics of design for additive manufacturing. After this training, they will understand what are the AM design rules but also how to come up with out of the box designs. It covers different topics like AM mindset for design, why design is so important in AM, what are the guidelines, some tips and tricks.
This course is based on lectures, exercises, interactivity and hands-on work.
The course can either be standard or customized. The standard course is global for all AM technologies, but it is possible to have session focus on one material family and/or technology.
