CNC Technician with broad expertise
At AMEXCI, you will play an important role in the manufacturing flow of advanced 3D-printed metal components, from metal powder to finished component. We are looking for an experienced CNC Technician who wants to work closely with production, post-processing and quality control in a modern industrial environment. You will program, set up and operate our 5-axis machines, while also contributing to fixtures, tool selection and smarter ways of working. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys precision, problem-solving and advanced materials — we work with materials such as titanium, Inconel, 316L and aluminium.

Responsibilities
- Program, set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines with Heidenhain control systems
- Develop and optimise programs in Mastercam
- Build fixtures and select the right tools for each job
- Measure, follow up and quality-assure your own work
- Contribute to post-processing, such as deburring, grinding, finishing and polishing as well as other production related tasks
- Handle EDM wire cutting and blasting when needed
- Document production and quality logs
- Contribute to order, structure and 5S in production
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in 5-axis CNC machining
- Experience with demanding materials such as aluminium, steel, titanium or superalloys
- Experience from both prototype machining and smaller series
- Good knowledge of Heidenhain TNC 620 and Mastercam, or equivalent systems
- Experience building or adapting fixtures
- A strong quality focus and the ability to measure and follow up your own work
- Ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English
